On August 27, the World Poker Tour will be hosting the "Legends of Poker" tournament at the Bicycle Casino in Las Vegas until the end of the month, and the online casinos site and poker room Get Minted Poker is offering players the chance to win seats to this prestigious event on the their website. The online casinos contest at Get Minted Poker is not open to residents of the United States of America, so the prizes are much more accessible to UK residents as well as those in other European countries. Online gambling is a grey area in the U.S., with authorities of the opinion that the use and operation of online casinos within U.S. territory is illegal while online casinos note that there ate no federal laws, just a few individual state laws on the books which state this.
