Those Spanish speakers who are fans of bingo and yet who have been unable to find a Spanish-language online version of the popular game need wait not too much longer, thanks to the Mexican sports book company Hipodromo de Agua Caliente having signed with Parlay Entertaintment, an online casinos software provider, a software licensing agreement to create and maintain "eBingo Caliente". eBingo Caliente will target Spanish speaking, South American consumers once it is launched later this year. The online bingos and online casinos industry has been largely limited in its outreach to Latin America, but as the online gambling world expands it was only natural to assume that one day Spanish speakers would have their own portals to online casinos games.
Online casinos gambling is an industry which is constantly expanding and as the phenomenon spreads worldwide ever more countries and languages are sure to be demanding their own online casinos sites in languages native to them. Many Asian countries have online casinos sites in Korean and Japanese, while European online casinos offer services and online casinos games in French, German and even Russian in addition to the almost universal language of English. Most online casinos will employ English on their main sites because the vast majority of gamblers at online casinos come from English speaking countries.
"The market for online bingo is virtually untapped outside of English-speaking North America and the United Kingdom," says Parlay Entertainment's Vice President Andrew Branscombe. "Caliente's choice to sign with Parlay illustrates their hope to be at the forefront of the rapidly increasing Internet Bingo industry. Judging by the reaction to eBingo Caliente, we could soon see many more online casinos sites directed towards the Spanish-speaking world demographic, especially in the United States which has one of the largest 'Latino diasporas' outside of Latin America."
